Webmail is a system that allows you to read and send your email from anywhere. To access webmail visit www.solidhouse.com and enter your full email address and password under the “webmail” section that can be found on every page.
Setting Up a Signature on Outgoing Messages Webmail has the feature to allow you to automatically append a signature to your outgoing messages. To enable this feature first login to webmail, select settings, and enter in the signature you want on messages to the "Signature" section. Check off "Add your signature to all outgoing messages" as well.
Setting Your Display Name on Outgoing Messages When sending out emails you can specify the name that appears when the email is received. To configure this in webmail simply login, select settings, and put your name into the name box under the "General Information" section.
Keeping Messages On The Server Webmail only shows email that is still on the server (i.e. email you have not already received with your computers mail client). To keep all of your email on the server you will need to find the setting in your mail client that states “Leave messages on the server” and turn it on.
