Solidhouse offers a comprehensive email administation tool. Using this tool an administrator from within your company can add, remove, or change email accounts, passwords, forwards, autoresponders, and even mailing lists.
Logging In To administer an individual email account log in to webmail (www.solidhouse.com) and then select e-mail administration from the toolbar. When prompted enter in your user account (the part of your email address before the @), your domain name (the part of your email address after the @ symbol), and your password. This will allow you to administer your mail account.
To administer all accounts log in with the username of “postmaster” with the password provided for you. This gives you access to administer all email accounts for your website.
Catch All Accounts A Catch all account is a special email account that all non deliverable email is delivered too. I.e. if you have the email joe@yourcomany.com set as a catch all and someone sends an email to nonexistent@yourcomany.com that email will still be received and delivered to joe@yourcomany.com
