• Select Tools > Account Settings from the toolbar
• Click "New"
• Select “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP” and click "Next"
• Fill in your name, email address
• Check the "Manually configure server settings" check box button and then click next
• Select "Internet E-mail" and then click next
• select a mail server type of POP3 or IMAP (POP vs. IMAP)
• Set the incoming server to secure.emailsrvr.com
• Set the outgoing server to secure.emailsrvr.com
• Set the username to be your full email address (i.e. name@yourdomain.com)
• Set the password to be the password provided to you from Solidhouse
• Click “More Settings”
• Click the “Outgoing Server” tab
• Check off “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”
• Click OK
• Click “Test Account Settings”. If everything passes you are configured properly. If a test fails please contact us for trouble shooting.
• Click Next
• Click Finish
